All content on OddVora — including but not limited to tips, predictions, statistical analysis, editorial articles, design, layout, code, graphics and the OddVora name and logo — is the property of OddVora or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and access OddVora's content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share links to OddVora pages on social media or in personal communications. You may quote brief excerpts from OddVora's editorial content for the purpose of commentary, review or criticism, provided you attribute OddVora as the source and link back to the original page.
You may not reproduce, republish, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit OddVora's content — in whole or in part — without express written permission. Affiliate Relationships & Commercial Disclosure
OddVora earns revenue through affiliate marketing partnerships with regulated bookmakers. This section explains exactly how those relationships work, what we receive, and how they do and do not affect our content.
Certain links on OddVora — primarily on the odds comparison page and tip pages — are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and subsequently register an account or make a deposit at a bookmaker, OddVora may receive a commission from that bookmaker. The commission is paid by the bookmaker and does not increase the cost of any service to you.
OddVora receives aggregated commission reports from bookmakers showing how many users registered and how much commission OddVora earned in aggregate. We do not receive your personal details, betting account information, bet history or any individual transaction data from bookmakers. Affiliate tracking is conducted under the bookmaker's own privacy policy and cookie regime.
OddVora's tip selection, confidence scores, results recording and track record are entirely independent of our affiliate relationships. We do not publish tips to favour any particular bookmaker. Our tips are generated by a quantitative model; affiliate revenue depends on site traffic, not on which tips we publish. No bookmaker has any editorial influence over OddVora's content.
OddVora only partners with bookmakers that hold valid operating licences in their jurisdiction (e.g. UK Gambling Commission, Malta Gaming Authority, or equivalent). We do not partner with unlicensed or black-market betting operators. OddVora makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the Site but do not guarantee continuous availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OddVora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any content on it, including but not limited to: financial losses from betting decisions made in reliance on OddVora's tips; loss of profit; loss of data; or loss of business opportunity.
Where OddVora's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) or the equivalent in your local currency.
You acknowledge that any betting decision you make is entirely your own decision made at your own risk. OddVora's tips are informational content only. The existence of a published tip does not create any duty of care on OddVora's part with respect to betting decisions you make in connection with that tip. You assume full responsibility for the consequences of any bet you place.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, certain statutory rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. The limitations of liability above apply only to the extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless OddVora and its officers, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of OddVora shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or another jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer protections, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence.
Nothing in this clause prevents OddVora from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any jurisdiction.
Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
OddVora's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OddVora with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
No term of these Terms shall be enforceable by any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or equivalent legislation.
